We sign a mediation contract - standard or exclusive plan.
We require a copy of the notary deed or other document certifying the right to use the property.
When selling a property, the owner also provides the necessary documents, such as a tax assessment, a certificate of encumbrances, a sketch of the property, etc.
Obtaining these documents is the responsibility of the property owner/owners.
Of course, we also offer the possibility of legal consultations, as well as the issuance of the necessary documents, for an additional fee.
The exclusive contract we enter into with our clients (property owners) ensures that for a certain period of time the property is only marketed by flatimo. Accordingly, as part of the plan, a corresponding investment is included to advertise the property on flatimo's social channels as well as on additional real estate platforms.
