The commission payable to traditional agencies and/or freelance brokers is half or one month's rent ex VAT or 3% ex VAT of the sales price required by both parties to a transaction.
Our commissions are half a month's rent inclusive of VAT (20% less) or 2% including VAT of the sale price (33% less) payable solely by property owners.
Thanks to the innovative business model and digitization of the process, flatimo saves more than half the costs of each transaction, and that is why we manage to offer the most advantageous conditions on the market.
We sign a mediation contract - standard or exclusive plan.
We require a copy of the notary deed or other document certifying the right to use the property.
When selling a property, the owner also provides the necessary documents, such as a tax assessment, a certificate of encumbrances, a sketch of the property, etc.
Obtaining these documents is the responsibility of the property owner/owners.
Of course, we also offer the possibility of legal consultations, as well as the issuance of the necessary documents, for an additional fee.
The exclusive contract we enter into with our clients (property owners) ensures that for a certain period of time the property is only marketed by flatimo. All our olans are exclusive. Accordingly, as part of the plan, a corresponding investment is included to advertise the property on flatimo's social channels as well as on additional real estate platforms.
