If the friend you recommended our services to, along with their unique code, has already successfully rented their property through us, but you have not yet received an email notification, please write us an email, quoting your friend's first and last name. Just in case, check your spam/junk folder in your email.

You send your unique code to a friend who is planning to rent out their property. Your contact must quote your unique code when they contact us so that upon successful rental, you can receive your rewards. You will find your unique code in an email from info@flatimo.bg
Once your recommended friend signs a rental contract through us, your points will be active – you will receive an email notification from info@flatimo.bg
You will receive an email from info@flatimo.bg with confirmation for each active recommendation.
After confirmation by email from info@flatimo.bg For your successful and active referral, you will be able to indicate via email which prize you would like to redeem your available points for. We will provide the corresponding prize.
Yes! If you don't have enough points for the desired reward, but you want to take advantage of it immediately, you can pay the remaining amount.

Your points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of receipt.
