General information
This promotion, hereinafter referred to as the Giveaway, is organized and conducted by "FLATIMO" AD, UIC: 207967451, with registered office and management address: Sofia - 1000, 27 "Solunska" Str., hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
By participating in the Game, participants are bound by these Official Rules and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Game. The Official Rules of the Game will be available for the entire duration of the Game on the Organizer's website: www.flatimo.bg. The Organizer of the Game reserves the right to supplement or change the Official Rules at any time, and the changes shall enter into force only after their announcement on the website www.flatimo.bg. Any early termination of the Game shall be announced in the same manner.
Territory of conduct
The game takes place on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and all persons over the age of 18 can participate in it.
Duration
The game starts on 28.11.2024 and continues until 02.12.2024 inclusive.
Game Description
The game is held on the Instagram profile of flatimo.bg and gives participants the opportunity to win 5 prizes - a free property rental service in Sofia.
Mechanism of the Promotion
Participants in the game must complete the following steps to enter the raffle to win a prize:
- Like the post about the Game.
- To follow the Instagram profile of flatimo.bg.
- Tag a friend in a comment on the Game post. Each tagging of a friend in a separate comment is considered an additional participation, provided the above 2 conditions are met.
- An unlimited number of entries from one person are accepted until 02.12.2024 inclusive.
- Participation is not tied to purchase or registration.
Description of the awards:
- 5 prizes: free service for renting out a property in the city of Sofia, including photographing the property, creating an ad, publishing an ad on the website flatimo.bg and on established property portals, managing and advertising the ad, organizing and conducting inspections, preparing a rental contract and assisting in concluding a deal.
Drawing and announcing the winners of the Game
The winners of the Game will be drawn randomly, through a digital program, on 04.12.2024.
The winners will be announced in a story and a post on Flat Manager's Instagram profile, as well as on the website www.flatmanager.bg on 04.12.2024.
The winners must contact the Organizer of the game via a private message on the Instagram profile of flatimo.bg by 20.12.2024 to clarify the receipt of the prize.
Termination of promotion
The Organizer has the irrevocable right to terminate the Game at any time if it finds abuse or violation of the rules, in the event of force majeure circumstances or for other objective reasons.
Processing of personal data
With these rules, the Organizer informs the participants in the Game about the need to process their personal data. By participating in this Game, the participants give their consent and voluntarily provide their personal data (names, telephone, e-mail or other) for purposes related to the Game.
Disputes and liability
Disputes between the Organizer of the Game and participants in the Game shall be resolved by mutual agreement. If such an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Republic of Bulgaria.
